Breaking Barriers to Healthcare
Accessing healthcare isn’t always as simple as making an appointment. Barriers like income, transportation, and lack of resources can stand in the way. That’s where the Listening, Identifying, Navigating, and Keeping (LINK) Program steps in.
With support from a grant provided by the Topeka Community Foundation, LINK is a powerful collaboration between Health Access, Stormont Vail Health, and Valeo Behavioral Health Care, LINK connects low-income, uninsured residents in Shawnee County with the support they need—whether it’s prescription assistance, transportation, mental health services, or nutritious food.
Meet Teresa, one of the individuals whose life has been transformed by this program. Watch her story and see how LINK is making a real impact in our community.
